Try this cool mocha coffee shake with less calories
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½-1 cup of chilled coffee
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • Ice
  • optional- add 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter for a creamy treat
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth
  3. Add more coffee or milk, if desired
  4. *Nutritional value varies based on the amount and type of protein used.
