Try our delicious oatmeal with ground flax (10 grams of fiber)
Ingredients
  • ½- 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 hand- full of blueberries
  • 1-2 tbsp. of sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed
Instructions
  1. Follow the directions to cook oatmeal
  2. Mix the ingredients into oatmeal in a bowl
  3. Enjoy!
