- ½- 1 cup of rolled oats
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- 1 hand- full of blueberries
- 1-2 tbsp. of sugar free maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed
- Follow the directions to cook oatmeal
- Mix the ingredients into oatmeal in a bowl
- Enjoy!
