- 4 oz. of cubed chicken
- ½ of avocado- cut and cubed
- 1 tbsp. of flaxseed
- ¼ cup of almonds
- top with your choice of natural or light salad dressing
- In a bowl mix salad ingredients..
- Serve on plates or small bowls
