Flax Crusted Chicken serve with Sweet Potato and Broccoli

Have a balanced fiber rich dinner with delicious flax crusted chicken, a sweet potato and a cup of streamed broccoli.... Enjoy!
Ingredients
6 oz. chicken breast
1 egg white
flax and oat crust
1 medium sweet potato (baked w/ cinnamon)
1 cup streamed broccoli
Instructions
For chicken:
Grind or blend 2 tbsp. of flaxseed with 2 tbsp. of rolled oats
Baste uncooked chicken breast with egg white
Cover chicken with flax/oat crust
Lightly grease a casserole dish
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Bake flax/oat crusted chicken for 25 minutes or until it is brown and reaches 180 degrees
Notes
Serve with: a baked sweet potato garnished with cinnamon 1 cup of streamed broccoli Salt and pepper for taste or use a healthy blend of Mrs. Dash salt-free
