Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 TBSP plain fat-free Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine avocado, fat-free Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well
  3. Chop hardboiled eggs and add to avocado mixture.
  4. Stir to combine
  5. Serve on lettuce or deli turkey slices as wraps, or bread
Notes
Healthy alternatives...
Use only the whites of the hard boiled eggs
Substitute the salt for Mrs. Dash- original blend
