Try this healthy gluten-free chicken gravy over chicken, turkey or other delicious bites!
Ingredients
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped fresh cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
½ cup low sodium fat-free chicken broth-(USDA organic, gluten-free)
1 dash of Mrs. DASH spicy jalapeno seasoning
Instructions
In medium saucepan, ( follow the recipe of our ** garlic and herb chicken)
Sauteed onions, mushrooms and parsley in ¼ cup broth until veggies are tender
Add a dash of Mrs. DASH spicy jalapeno seasoning and the remaining broth and stir
Cover and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; boil for 2-3 minutes
To thicken the broth simmer low for an extra 5-10 minutes or as needed
Spoon over **garlic and herb chicken- Enjoy!
