Simply Berry Low-fat Parfait

- 1½ cup of mix fruit- berries
- Ex. strawberries
- grapes
- blueberries
- Or your favorite type of berries
- 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt- vanilla flavored
- ½ banana- used as garnish
- 1 teaspoon low-fat whip cream
- Use two 16-18 oz. serving glasses
- Layer the bottom with a spoonful of fruit
- Layer the next with a spoonful of the low-fat yogurt
- Continue one more time or until cup is full
- Top with the low-fat whip cream
- Garnish with slices of banana and fruit
