Simply Berry Low-fat Parfait

Try our simply berry low-fat parfait...delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup of mix fruit- berries
  • Ex. strawberries
  • grapes
  • blueberries
  • Or your favorite type of berries
  • 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt- vanilla flavored
  • ½ banana- used as garnish
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat whip cream
Instructions
  1. Use two 16-18 oz. serving glasses
  2. Layer the bottom with a spoonful of fruit
  3. Layer the next with a spoonful of the low-fat yogurt
  4. Continue one more time or until cup is full
  5. Top with the low-fat whip cream
  6. Garnish with slices of banana and fruit
  7. Enjoy!.........
