Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie

Try this heavenly healthy holiday sweet potato pie smoothie.
Ingredients
  • • 2 cup roasted sweet potato, peeled, mashed and chilled
  • •1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk ( i.e. vanilla or almond)
  • •1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • •1 tsp cinnamon
  • •1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • •1 tsp nutmeg
  • •1 ½ cup crushed or cubed ice
Instructions
  1. Blend sweet potato, coconut milk, apple sauce, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and ice to blender.
  2. Add ice/milk to achieve desired texture.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
