Sweet Fruit Pizza

Enjoy! this naturally sweet snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
  • 6 Mini Corn Tortillas or whole grain tortillas
  • 2 Cups of Strawberries Sliced
  • 2 Cups of Blueberries
  • 2 Large Bananas Sliced
  • 2 Apples Cored and Diced
  • 1 cup of low-fat Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Optional: Lightly toast tortilla for a deliciously crispy pizza crust.
  2. Spread 1-2tbsp of yogurt evenly on top of each tortilla.
  3. Creatively top each tortilla with about ⅓ cup of each type of sliced fruit.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
