Blackberry Watermelon Mint Salad with Lime Juice

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of Blackberries
  • 1 medium-sized Watermelon (red flesh) sliced into triangular slices
  • ¼ cup packed Mint Leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients (blackberries, cubed watermelon, mint and lime juice) in a large bowl.
  2. Stir gently to combine, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to infuse the flavors.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
