Season to taste salt-free berbere (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet with a lid over medium heat.
Saute brussel sprouts with olive oil and pepper
Add onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary seasoning to the mixture.
Cover, simmer and stir occasionally until the mixture is reduced to half and brussel sprouts have turned a dark deep green color- approx. 10- 15 minutes or until tender.
Toss the brussel sprouts and serve.
