Ingredients
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small cucumber sliced and peeled
  • 1 small handful of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp diced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • juice of 2 lime ( or 2 tbsp)
  • ½ fresh jalapeno
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients on low-,medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve fresh or store in airtight container.
