Spicy Avocado Lime Dressing

- 1 medium avocado
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small cucumber sliced and peeled
- 1 small handful of cilantro
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- juice of 2 lime ( or 2 tbsp)
- ½ fresh jalapeno
- Blend all ingredients on low-,medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Serve fresh or store in airtight container.
