Carrot Cake Smoothie

Enjoy a smoothie that is high in Vitamin A and C
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • ½-1 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • 8-10 baby carrots
  • 2 TBSP sweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice as desired
Instructions
  1. Mix skim milk, vanilla protein, cinnamon, coconut, carrots, and ice then blend. Add more milk or water if desired.
Notes
This shake is high in Vitamin A and C with about 30% of your DRI in calcium.
