Instructions
Preheat broiler on low. Remove and discard the stems; scoop out the guts from the inside of the mushroom and discard
Lightly spray the mushroom caps with olive oil; broil for 5-8 min and remove from broiler
While they bake, brown the turkey with onion, cumin, chili powder, pepper, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. After browned, reduce heat, add tomatoes and parsley and simmer for 8 mins.
Scoop the taco mix into the four mushroom cups
For extra flavor top with Cilantro Lime Sauce and green onions
