Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein
½ cup skim milk
½ banana
4 large strawberries
Add ice and water as desired
(OPTIONAL)
Add 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter for a creamier treat
Add 2-4 cubes of pineapple
Frozen fruits make for a tastier frozen treat
Instructions
Mix skim milk, protein, fruit and ice; then blend. Frozen bananas makes creamier smoothies.
