Ingredients
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ banana
  • 4 large strawberries
  • Add ice and water as desired
  • (OPTIONAL)
  • Add 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter for a creamier treat
  • Add 2-4 cubes of pineapple
  • Frozen fruits make for a tastier frozen treat
Instructions
  1. Mix skim milk, protein, fruit and ice; then blend. Frozen bananas makes creamier smoothies.

*If 1 TBSP of peanut butter is added; add 100 calories, 8 g of Fat, 4g Protein, and 3g Carbohydrates to the total amount
