Drink this as a meal replacement drink
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Vanilla/ Graham Cracker Whey Protein
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • Ice as desired
  • Add 1 TBSP of Natural Peanut Butter
Instructions
  1. Mix skim milk, strawberry, peanut butter, whey protein, cinnamon, and ice then blend. Add more coffee or milk if desired.
  2. Enjoy!

**Drink this as a meal replacement drink and not a late night snack since there are more calories.
