- 1 scoop Vanilla/ Graham Cracker Whey Protein
- 4 frozen strawberries
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Ice as desired
- Add 1 TBSP of Natural Peanut Butter
- Mix skim milk, strawberry, peanut butter, whey protein, cinnamon, and ice then blend. Add more coffee or milk if desired.
- Enjoy!
**Drink this as a meal replacement drink and not a late night snack since there are more calories.
