The Heart Assoc. recommends that weekly exercise should include: one high-intensity workout such as aerobic interval workout that boosts the heart rate for four minutes at a time in several spurts during the session.
For older adults, a protein-rich diet is important for health. In stressful periods, they need protein to maintain muscle mass and other essential physiological functions.
