A couple of months ago, I had the privilege of sitting down and talking with one of the most inspirational person in this community, Joe Moss II of Bless Body Fit. Just talking with him gave me a glimpse of what it would be like to have him as a personal coach and a goal driven motivator.
He impressed me so much with his knowledge and his energy that I invited him to come and join Dr. Dee and I on the taping of our podcast show-“It’s All About Health and Fitness”-Vicki Doe Fitness to discuss with us the topic of core strength training. We had a blast. Joe Moss II gave us important key tips on how we can strengthen our core so that we cannot only look thinner but also have proper posture and balance which will help to prevent injuries as well.

We talked about how he decided to take that leap of faith and start his own personal training and coaching business. That’s been a few years ago, and I can say that I’m so glad that he did. He is helping to change lives and bodies here in the Northeast Ohio area. He is certainly the “jotivation” that we need!
