Dr. Gabe SandersĀ is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at the University of Cincinnati, where he has established a specialized research program in health and sports science. His work, which includes numerous peer-reviewed publications, centers on the analysis of health and sports wearable data across various athletes and populations, including football, basketball, combat sports, and general populations. Dr. Sanders is dedicated to identifying fatigue and performance limitations through the use of wearable technology data. His expertise has fostered collaborations with elite professional sports organizations and Division I collegiate programs across both Power 5 and mid-major conferences. His research is particularly focused on the detailed analysis of daily workloads and their impact on performance and health. In addition to his contributions to sports research, Dr. Sanders has played a pivotal role as a lead investigator and primary consultant on several major grants awarded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
