Add a blueberry pancake smoothie to your breakfast or as a nutritious snack..
Ingredients
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 TBSP of sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- Ice
- (Optional):
- Add 1TBSP of peanut butter for a creamier smoothie treat!
Instructions
- Mix all blueberries, oats, milk, water, sugar free syrup vanilla protein, and ice then blend. Add more water if needed.

With peanut butter added calories and protein values will change.
