Ingredients
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 2 TBSP plain fat-free Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine avocado, fat-free Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well
- Chop hardboiled eggs and add to avocado mixture.
- Stir to combine
- Serve on lettuce or deli turkey slices as wraps, or bread
