Enjoy a smoothie that is high in Vitamin A and C
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- ½-1 cup skim milk
- ¼ cup pineapple
- 8-10 baby carrots
- 2 TBSP sweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Ice as desired
Instructions
- Mix skim milk, vanilla protein, cinnamon, coconut, carrots, and ice then blend. Add more milk or water if desired.
Notes
This shake is high in Vitamin A and C with about 30% of your DRI in calcium.
