Lean Green breakfast smoothie on the go
Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi
- ½ cup green grapes
- ½-1 cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein
- 1-2 cups water
- Ice
Instructions
- Mix Kiwi, grapes, lemon juice, vanilla protein, water and ice then blend.
- Start with one cup of water and add more if needed.

This shake will give you about 220 calories, 20-25 grams of protein, zero fat, and about 20-30 grams of carbohydrates.
