Try this healthy gluten-free chicken gravy over chicken, turkey or other delicious bites!
Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup low sodium fat-free chicken broth-(USDA organic, gluten-free)
- 1 dash of Mrs. DASH spicy jalapeno seasoning
Instructions
- In medium saucepan, ( follow the recipe of our ** garlic and herb chicken)
- Sauteed onions, mushrooms and parsley in ¼ cup broth until veggies are tender
- Add a dash of Mrs. DASH spicy jalapeno seasoning and the remaining broth and stir
- Cover and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; boil for 2-3 minutes
- To thicken the broth simmer low for an extra 5-10 minutes or as needed
- Spoon over **garlic and herb chicken- Enjoy!
