Pumpkin Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Try this delicious breakfast/ post work snack bar. It's all natural. Enjoy!........
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats ground
- ¼ cup rolled oats (not ground)
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 - 16 oz. jar of natural peanut butter
- 2 TBSP pure canned pumpkin
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- With mixer blend dry oats, vanilla whey, and cinnamon together. This creates a dry oat flour mix that contains the vanilla whey and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, use a fork to mix the peanut butter, vanilla extract, ¼ cup unground oats, honey, and pumpkin together. Add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mix and stir and press with a fork until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and begin to come together like cookie dough. Once mixed, press onto a cookie sheet until dough is about ¾ - 1 inch thick. Cut into 8 pieces.
- For a cool treat, freeze the bars after you cut into pieces.
