Try this heavenly healthy holiday sweet potato pie smoothie.
Ingredients
- • 2 cup roasted sweet potato, peeled, mashed and chilled
- •1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk ( i.e. vanilla or almond)
- •1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- •1 tsp cinnamon
- •1/2 tsp ground ginger
- •1 tsp nutmeg
- •1 ½ cup crushed or cubed ice
Instructions
- Blend sweet potato, coconut milk, apple sauce, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and ice to blender.
- Add ice/milk to achieve desired texture.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
