Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein
- ½ cup skim milk
- ½ banana
- 4 large strawberries
- Add ice and water as desired
- (OPTIONAL)
- Add 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter for a creamier treat
- Add 2-4 cubes of pineapple
- Frozen fruits make for a tastier frozen treat
Instructions
- Mix skim milk, protein, fruit and ice; then blend. Frozen bananas makes creamier smoothies.
