Try this cool mocha coffee shake with less calories
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- ½ cup skim milk
- ½-1 cup of chilled coffee
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon
- Ice
- optional- add 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter for a creamy treat
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Cover and blend until smooth
- Add more coffee or milk, if desired
