Herb Spiced turkey breast with lemon Dijon gravy

Try this heart healthy turkey dinner this holiday season.
Ingredients
- 1 small boneless skinless turkey breast (about 2 lbs) cut into 8 thin cutlets
- 2 tbs of Dijon or spicy mustard
- 3-4 tbs Mrs DASH original blend
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground tumeric
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
Instructions
- Season and coat turkey breast cutlets evenly with cumin, turmeric and Mrs DASH original blend
- Heat a large skillet or wok with lid to medium heat
- Lightly cover the bottom of your skillet with olive oil. Cook turkey cutlets; cover with lid
- Cook until brown and opaque throughout( about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Set turkey cutlets aside; do not remove drippings from pan.
- Add dijon mustard and lemon juice to the skillet; mixing in drippings; if drippings are low add more lemon juice or more low-sodium broth
- Simmer very low until gravy is mixed well.
- Pour sauce over warm turkey breasts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
