Spicy Sriracha Salmon

Heart healthy way of cooking salmon
Ingredients
- 2 large salmon fillets (12 oz total)
- ⅓ cup of sriracha
- 2 tbsp of onion spice blend Mrs. DASH
- 1 tbsp of ginger
- 1 tbsp of garlic
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- (optional Mrs. DASH- lemon pepper blend
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Top salmon fillets with Mrs. DASH and cook covered, over medium for 5-6 minutes on each side
- In a separate pot, stir in the remainder of the ingredients (sriracha, ginger, garlic, and vinegar) and simmer over medium heat until sauce is thickened.
- Coat your salmon in your delicious sriracha sauce and serve with a side of steamed broccoli or your favorite vegetable for a well-rounded meal.
