Aunt Karen's "Toretellini" soup recipe

It's cold outside! Time to warm up with this delicious healthy tortellini soup
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1 pkg of cheese filled frozen tortellini noodles
- 1 pkg of frozen spinach
- 1 can of stewed tomatoes
Instructions
- In stew cooking pan
- Begin by browning the cloves of chopped garlic in the olive oil
- Add the chicken broth and frozen tortellini noodles
- Cook until nearly boiling (should take about 5 minutes)
- Add the package of frozen spinach and can of stewed tomatoes including the tomato liquids
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the ingredients are hot
