Blackberry Watermelon Mint Salad with Lime Juice

Ingredients
- 4 cups of Blackberries
- 1 medium-sized Watermelon (red flesh) sliced into triangular slices
- ¼ cup packed Mint Leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (blackberries, cubed watermelon, mint and lime juice) in a large bowl.
- Stir gently to combine, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to infuse the flavors.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
